In August 2006 I excavated SOIL from the three mountain routes on the North, East and South faces of the GROSSVENEDIGER mountain in the Austrian Hohen Tauern mountain range.
These mountain routes lead to the summit (3.674 m)
from the North through the Obersulzbachtal valley via the Postalm (1.699 m) and the Kürsinger Hütte (2.562 m),
from the East through the Innergschlöß valley via the Vendigerhaus (1.689 m), the Alte Prager Hütte (2.489 m) and the Neue Prager Hütte (2.796 m)
and from the South through the Hinterbichler Dorfertal valley via the Johannishütte (2121 m) and the Defreggerhaus (2.964 m), which is named after the Tyrolean painter Franz von Defregger.
Because of the weather conditions I was unable to reach the summit. Therefore this terragraphic will be produced at the earliest in the next season.
